The objectives of the el Molí Bike Centre is to
conserve El Molí (18C paper and olive mill) as an active/historic resource of Torrelles de Foix,
promote Penedès as a sustainable tourism destination,
encourage the use of cycling and the development of green ways in Penedès and between Barcelona and the south of Catalunya,
defend the landscape of the wine growing regions of southern Catalunya,
