9.00 Collection from Accommodation , VIP transfer to Penedès.
9.30 Traditional breakfast in one of the grand cafés of Penedès! Fresh breads and pastries, served with café con leche and a glass of cava sparkling wine if you like.
10.30-12.00 First winery visit, to Cavas Nadal, a lovely estate winery, producing some of the finest Cava and white wines in Spain. You'll visit the cellars full of the wooden pyramids called "Pupitres" where the Cavas age before "disgorgement".

12.30-13.30 Relaxed drive to visit Romanic church and castle of Sant Marti Sarroca. Enjoy panoramic views of the Penedès valley.
14.00-16.30 Wonderful gourmet lunch at Restaurant Masia Aran. Traditional dishes such as anchovies, tuna and cod salad (xato), slow cooked mute duck with plums and pine nuts or shoulder of goat with wild mushrooms. Lunch will be accompanied by a selection of excellent white and red wines presented by Paddy Mannion.
17.00-18.30 Second VIP visit to Parés Baltà winery (prestigious boutique wine producer). Private tour of the vineyards, followed by a tour of the barrel room and cellars and of course a fantastic tasting of 4 excellent wines. You'll also receive a wine gift, compliments of the winemaker!
18.30-19.30 Sit back in comfort and relax while your chauffeur transfers you back to your accommodation. This will conclude one of the most unique, luxurious and fun wine tours you could hope to experience in Spain.
